I recently had my longtime hair pro retired and was in need of an overdue haircut. Jessica was very friendly and professional, and gave me a great trim. I think I have my new hair pro! Just got a quick trim, but next time I want the MVP!

A lady named michell cut my hair, I have a fairly simple haircut I have very short hair on the sides and medium length hair on the top with a hard part on the left side, my first problem with my haircut is that the top of my hair was cut uneven and is higher in some spots than others, my second problem is on my hairline in the front I have a big chunk of hair that was completely ignored and it is sticking out on my hairline, my final problem is the side of my head without the hard part was thinned out so much that it looks like I have 3 different lengths of hair on that side.

I am absolutely speechless at the haircut my son received tonight from this store, he left upset, it was a horrible haircut and he has a homecoming this weekend, they didn’t make it right either!! Come on this is unbelievable!!!
