Cera, is a huge asset to Sports Clips. In all of my years of getting my hair cut, I never came across anyone like her. She basically is an artist when it comes to cutting hair. She takes her time and keeps checking her work and does not rush, which I have experienced way too many times in the past of getting rushed in and out and not getting a good haircut. She is very personable and a great conversationalist, she is very professional in every way and I wouldn't want anyone else cutting my hair. She definitely is a model employee and Sports Clips should be very lucky to have her.

Not really about the haircut, but the online check in website is useless. Repeatedly kicks me out when setting an appointment for myself and 2 kids. And apparently the store isn't allowed to sign you in over the phone. Do you want people to come in or not? Make it easier to make an appointment. Going to Great Clips, where I was able to easily sign in and set an appointment. Sorry.

I recently had my longtime hair pro retired and was in need of an overdue haircut. Jessica was very friendly and professional, and gave me a great trim. I think I have my new hair pro! Just got a quick trim, but next time I want the MVP!

I need a haircut! Tried to checkin on the app but I couldn’t. I called the store and I told them of my trouble. The person who answered the phone listened to me and basically I had to figure out the problem and that’s the only way I could check in. This was on 12/19/2020 about 2 pm and there was 0 wait time and I was in front of the mall heading the direction to the store. I have had many haircuts from this location since it had opened. So with the experience of today I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!

I went in with my grandson at 12 30 signed in 2 people in front of me waitin lady in first chair on right was cutting hair last lady on right finished ayoung lady hair after about 20 min another lady came out started on guy first chair on left after about 10 mi utes of being there now 1 person in front of me. Lady on back right finished started on next guy. No one in front of me now. Its 12 50 13 05 lady on right finally finished . Goes in back doesnt come back out 13 15 I leave. my 2 year old grandson was being hreat even got a comment from Craig who was waitin on Ashley about how good he was. I have been there several times with both my grandsons. I left at 13 15 because it seemed no one wanted to cut his hair so I left. Horrible customer service I wont be back.

First of all, Michelle is AMAZING! She gave me the best haircut experience I believe I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve had the MVP service since I’ve been coming to Sports Clips for awhile now but I would have been fully satisfied with her customer service. Thank you for being so wonderful!

A lady named michell cut my hair, I have a fairly simple haircut I have very short hair on the sides and medium length hair on the top with a hard part on the left side, my first problem with my haircut is that the top of my hair was cut uneven and is higher in some spots than others, my second problem is on my hairline in the front I have a big chunk of hair that was completely ignored and it is sticking out on my hairline, my final problem is the side of my head without the hard part was thinned out so much that it looks like I have 3 different lengths of hair on that side.

After my stylist of nearly three years was selected for a career alternative enhancement program and informed me she would no longer be available to cut my hair, I found my life at a crossroads. Bereft of my regular routine, my very foundations were shaken. Not the foundations of my hair, mind you... Thanks to the genetics passed on to me from my ancestors, my hair still shows no sign of a receeding hairline. But it was growing rapidly, and the clock was ticking. My wife suggested going to her stylist downtown, but I really didn't feel "middle class fancy" enough for that. "Maybe I could give great clips another go?" I thought to myself. I enjoy living an adventurous life, but that sort of slow dancing in a burning room seemed a little too dangerous even for my taste. How about the hot towel finish advertised by supercuts?? Anyone who's been to supercuts can tell you the towel is neither hot, nor is it a good finish, so that idea also was easy to scratch off the list. I considered throwing caution to the wind and trying something completely different, but as anyone who has tried spitting out a moving car's window can tell you - that wind will throw "caution" straight back into your face. It was then that the prodigal son that was my thoughts finally returned home - to Sports Clips. The incredible haircut I got from Danielle allowed me to get through the grieving process and look forward to a brighter future. So thanks, Danielle. You rock.

I get ok haircuts here but the WORST MVP service at the Beavercreek location. It’s the only one close to my house so I keep hoping I get a good stylist but they all pretty much suck at the MVP part of things. If I go to Englewood, they rock!
