Not really about the haircut, but the online check in website is useless. Repeatedly kicks me out when setting an appointment for myself and 2 kids. And apparently the store isn't allowed to sign you in over the phone. Do you want people to come in or not? Make it easier to make an appointment. Going to Great Clips, where I was able to easily sign in and set an appointment. Sorry.

I recently had my longtime hair pro retired and was in need of an overdue haircut. Jessica was very friendly and professional, and gave me a great trim. I think I have my new hair pro! Just got a quick trim, but next time I want the MVP!

I need a haircut! Tried to checkin on the app but I couldn’t. I called the store and I told them of my trouble. The person who answered the phone listened to me and basically I had to figure out the problem and that’s the only way I could check in. This was on 12/19/2020 about 2 pm and there was 0 wait time and I was in front of the mall heading the direction to the store. I have had many haircuts from this location since it had opened. So with the experience of today I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!
